Alexandra Sanchez - Owner and Certified Instructor
Alexandra Sanchez is a level 5 Pilates instructor, that obtained her certification
from world recognized Romana's Pilates in New York. Alexandra studied and
trained with Level 3 Instructor Trainer Bridget Hagood, MS, LMT; and did her
Seminars in Miami and NY, was tested and Certified by Romana Krazynouska
and Sari Mejia Santo (Romana's daughter) and continues her education with
Bridget Hagood in Miami, Fl. While getting her certification Alexandra worked at
Pilates-South, Inc. in Coral Springs Fl. for 2 years. Here is where she got
fascinated with Pilates, saw all the benefits and decided to become an
instructor.
Alexandra was born in Caracas, Venezuela where she graduated college as a
Pre-School Teacher. After graduating she taught at Jefferson Academy and
moved to become the Pre-School Principal of the Instituto Cumbres de
Caracas. She moved to the United States 14 years ago and volunteered for 10
years at the public schools where her children attended.
