What Is Pilates?

Contrology or Pilates is a way to workout your body that requires
mental and physical control of the muscles your working. Over
time, it improves our body alignment and strength.

Created by Joseph H. Pilates, it is effective and safe when done
correctly. Joseph Pilates developed this approach to fitness by
creating more than 500 exercises, and also engineered  different
equipment to accomplish them. The Cadillac being his first.

Pilates will give you flexibility, natural grace and skill. You will
